Contact Paloma

Paloma Dallas is an editor with the foundation. She regularly writes for the foundation’s annual newsletter, Connections, as well as does editing and research for articles, essays, and numerous other publications. She works collaboratively with staff members across program areas and workgroups.

Before coming to the foundation, she worked as a freelance journalist, and before that, as a reporter with Reuters in Bogotá, Colombia, and as a researcher with the New York City-based Committee to Protect Journalists in the Americas program area. She earned her master’s degree in journalism and international affairs at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and her bachelor’s degree in political science and Spanish at Macalester College. She was a Teach For America corps member from 1996-1998, teaching first and sixth grade in Newark, New Jersey.
