Amelia Law is a secretary at the foundation. She coordinates all aspects of the doctoral research positions, including publications, workshops, interviews, and meetings. She prepares and processes associate contracts, budget/expense reports, information packets; coordinates between outside contractors and network associates; and assists two program officers with projects pertaining to Public-Public Education, Civil Economics, Community Politics, NIF development and networking, and youth development research.
Law has an associate’s degree in graphic arts from Sinclair Community College, a BA in organizational management, magna cum laude, from Wilberforce University, and a MS in administration with human resource electives from Central Michigan University. She has also studied motion picture production at Wright State University. Law was a member of the American Business Women’s Association for 10 years and chaired numerous committees as well as served on the board. Previously she worked in Dayton at WKEF-TV Channel 22 and Dayton Newspapers and as a manager of a secretarial business in Guam.
