Carolyn Farrow-Garland is a program officer at the Kettering Foundation. She works on projects involving the public, public citizens, public schools and higher education.

She has a bachelor's from Central State University and a master's in education from Antioch College/Washington Center. Her experience includes working with community organizations on housing development projects, coordinating information and outreach strategy for statewide budget coalitions for state advocacy and policy organizations, and as a consultant providing training, conference planning, and program evaluation services to national and local nonprofits.
